What a commission actually costs
A Lahore club sells about 15 hours a day at a blended Rs 4,500 an hour. Two courts at year-one occupancy is roughly Rs 1.6 million a month; four healthy courts is about Rs 4.5 million. A platform charging 4% of that takes Rs 65,000 and Rs 178,000 a month. The same clubs pay Rs 9,900 and Rs 19,900 here, flat, whatever they take.
- 2 courts · Rs 1.6m gross
- Rs 64,800 at 4%. Rs 9,900 here. Rs 658,800 a year kept.
- 4 courts · Rs 4.5m gross
- Rs 178,200 at 4%. Rs 19,900 here. Rs 1,899,600 a year kept.
Occupancy assumed at 40% for two courts and 55% for four, on a 15 hour day. The 4% rate is the figure reported for the largest global padel platform. Your own numbers will differ; we will run them with you.
What is not in the fee
Payment processing. Cards, wallets and Raast are settled by your own merchant accounts or by a licensed payment provider, at their published rates, straight to you. Feera never holds your money and never adds a margin on top. Pay for ten months up front and get twelve.
Questions owners ask.
- How is this different from the booking app I use now?
- Aggregators list you as one club among dozens, keep your customer relationship, and take a cut of every booking. Feera gives you your own branded app, your player list stays yours, and you pay one flat fee.
- Do I keep my customer data?
- Yes. Every player who books becomes your record: name, number, history. It is yours to keep and export, always. Nothing is locked behind us.
- Do you take a commission on bookings?
- Not on Starter, Club or Arena: you pay a flat monthly fee and keep 100% of your gate. On a 4 court club a 4% commission would cost more than Rs 150,000 a month; your flat fee is Rs 19,900. The Network tier is a low flat fee plus 2.5% for clubs that want reach before brand.
- Which payment methods work?
- Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa and cards, connected at launch through your own merchant accounts or a licensed payment provider that settles directly to you. Feera never holds your money.
- Can I sell drinks and balls through it?
- Yes. Open a tab on any booking, tap what they took, mark it cash, wallet or card, or leave it on the tab. At close the dashboard shows what should be in the drawer.
- Can I still list on other apps too?
- Yes. Feera is your owned home base and CRM; other apps become just one more ad channel. There is no exclusivity.
- How long does it take to go live?
- Days, not weeks. We migrate your court schedule and set up payments and reminders with you. Founder clubs get hands-on onboarding.
- What if I add courts later?
- You move to the tier that fits, and the new rate is what you would have paid anyway. No penalty, no renegotiation.
- Is there an app for my players?
- Players book on the web today, under your own name. The native app is in development and will carry your brand when it ships.
- Is Feera actually live?
- The platform is built and running. We are onboarding our first Lahore clubs now, which is why founder pricing exists. You would be an early partner, not a test.
